AIAMA EXPO 2025 will conduct for the first time a contest for agarbathi/dhoop/cone manufacturers where they can showcase their perfumery skills and talent. It will be a two round contest limited to 50 participants. All participants will get participation certificates, a goodies bag, an opportunity to meet perfume experts and overall a fantastic camaraderie with agarbathi fraternity. For the final three winners, there will be cash rewards also.
Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before registering to contest.
- This contest is open only for Agarbathi/Dhoop/Cone manufacturers. There is no age bar.
- Contest is 'not open' for current AIAMA MC members, but their firms partners/directors can participate.
- All contestants should be registered as delegate for AIAMA EXPO 2025, compulsorily.
- Contestant should submit the filled application form along with prescribed entry fee. They should be a proprietor/partner/director of the firm which they represent. GST number of their firm is mandatory.
- The Contest is limited for 50 participants, on first-come-first basis.
- Only one contestant can represent one firm/company.
- All Judges for this contest are highly acclaimed and their decisions are final and conclusive.
- No proprietary claims for any accords/formulations done by contestants during the contest. The event managers will have rights to make the formulations open for public and for discussions.
- Awards and prizes are only for recognition & motivations and will be presented during closing day ceremony.
